By accessing or using 501FC (the "site") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The service
501FC is a free-to-play football darts game. It is provided for entertainment. There is no real-money wagering, prize, or gambling of any kind: scores are for fun, bragging rights, and leaderboard placement only. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
Acceptable use
When using the site, you agree not to:
- Cheat, automate gameplay, or otherwise manipulate scores and leaderboards.
- Submit a display name or content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or infringes the rights of others.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its data.
- Use the site in any way that breaks applicable laws.
We may remove content and suspend access that breaches these terms.
Accounts
Daily and local play work without an account. Online multiplayer and public profiles use third-party sign-in. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
Player data and statistics
Footballer names and career statistics shown in the game are used for the purpose of the puzzle and are drawn from publicly available sources. They are presented "as is" and may contain inaccuracies; they are not endorsed by any club, league, or player.
Intellectual property
The 501FC name, game design, code, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from them without permission. Trademarks and statistics belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
Advertising
The site is supported by advertising. By using the site you accept that ads may be displayed, and that they are subject to the providers' own terms. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.
Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site.
Changes
